Biography
After England's "Madchester" hype died down a bit, a short lived movement in England emerged. Subtle bits of funk, grunge, brit pop and sometimes techno-inspired dance beats whipped together this Fraggle Rock sound. Ned's Atomic Dustbin sound like a funkier Ocean Blue (the singers sound exactly the same) with some big, baggy beats and a pre-Oasis pop sensibility.
