Nicho Hinojosa

Nicho Hinojosa is a singer-songwriter who was born in Monterrey, Mexico and studied music there at la Escuela Superior de Musica y Danza de Monterrey. His education included everything from percussion to french horn, piano, guitar and voice -- and that fact shows in the remarkable maturity and assurance of his solo work. After releasing several popular albums, Hinojosa came out with 1999's En El Bar, which flew out of stores and grabbed the attention of BMG Ariola. They re-released the album and it went on to sell over six hundred million copies. 2003's Vivir Como Antes continued in a similar vein.
