Abbot and Costello. Beyonce and Jay-Z. Milk and cookies. Boy and band. Some things are just made for each other. Like NKOTBSB, a super-boy-band featuring the peanut-butter-and-chocolate combo of New Kids on the Block and Backstreet Boys. In summer 2010, the Boys joined the Kids onstage for a song during an NYC stop on NKOTB's tour -- and the brains of record executives began humming. Less than a year later, fantasy became reality when the once-and-future boys performed together on Dancing with the Stars and released joint single "Don't Turn Out the Lights" under the newly smushed name NKOTBSB that had grownup ladies everywhere squealing like teenagers (and fantasizing about being the middle of that acronym sandwich). In May 2011, the supergroup put out an album featuring each band's greatest hits, plus two new tracks and a mega-mix mashup, before heading out on tour together.
