Anyone who missed Allen West's dive-bombing guitar solos on Cause of Death got plenty to sink their teeth into here. Allen's return was one thing, but the production of The End Complete is what really put it over the top. Generally considered Obituary's finest hour (and a major milestone for death metal itself), this 1992 heavy metal beat down positively roars its way through nine songs in under 40 minutes. Moving away from the extended structures of Cause of Death, Obituary here relies on pure power. There are no bad songs.
