Twenty-four songs strong, loaded with collabos (including Dan Zanes and the guest presence of Hot Buttered Rum) -- you'd be forgiven for thinking Orange Sherbet were hip-hop superstars. Their engagingly rootsy kids music has an inbuilt intergenerational audience -- these songs are made for singing along to, but there's nothing stagy or fake about the production, which means it could slip unobtrusively into an adult mix of CDs. The mix of originals and classics makes the album an even more compelling listen. We can't recommend this highly enough.
