The tinkling bells, churning guitars and soaring chorus of this song put Las Vegas newcomers Panic! at the Disco on the map, and it's delivered here with even more brilliantly disheveled high drama than the studio single. And even if vocalist Brendon Urie plays by the FCC's rules in letting the crowd supply the naughty words, the building refrain of the chorus is completely unrestrained. By the time the din reaches its climax at the end, the crowd at the 2006 MTV Video Music Awards hardly knew what hit 'em.
