Paul Baloche

Other worship leaders may be more recognizable and their names easier to pronounce (it's buh-LOSH, by the way), but few are more talented than Paul Baloche. The New Jersey native is the man responsible for classics like "Open the Eyes of My Heart" and "Above All." He also serves as worship pastor at Community Christian Fellowship in Lindale, Tex., and is a featured writer for Martin Smith's CompassionArt charity. Baloche's songs have been covered by artists like Michael W. Smith and Sonicflood, and are sung in congregations around the world each Sunday. As if he isn't busy enough, Baloche also uses his status as a recording artist to provide financial resources for churches.
