Miss Lee balances small group jazz and relaxed big band swing on one of her most upbeat sessions. Great West Coast musicians appear on this one (drummer Shelly Manne is a standout), but, as always, this is Peg's show, and she's smack dab in the middle of her greatest Capitol-era material. Her signature tune, "Fever," was cut at the same session and is a bonus track.
