The band's first effort after the long, painful divorce from Roger Waters is a passable comeback record highlighted by the hit "Learning To Fly" and the "Welcome To The Machine"-like "Dogs Of War." Hardcore fans did their best to embrace the album when it came out, but the band is a mere shadow of itself without Waters.
