It's been three years since P.O.D. released an album, and with Testify they reconfirm their reggae roots. The big guitars and Rage-like funk riffs are aplenty but the focus is definitely on choruses, whether rapped or dreadlocked. "Lights Out" is the heaviest song they've played in a long time. At their best, P.O.D. make you forget the tragedies brought on by 311.
