Mexican American cousins Janelle and Jessica Martinez, a.k.a. Prima J, serve up pop/R&B confections with a Latin touch on their self-titled debut. While on the one hand they sound like everyone but themselves -- from Fergalicious rapping to Soulja Boy echoing -- they do stay true to a term they coined: "chilosa," for fun, feisty and sassy. Breakthrough single "Rockstar" is a jock-jam-sounding stomper; "Nadie," their Spanglish cover of Alicia Key's "No One," is well executed and finds a balance between spunk and in-a-funk. "Corazon (You're Not Alone)" is a true keep-your-head-up anthem.
