Biography

Quetzal are one of a very few American groups to take a stab at the Mexican folkloric ballad style known as Ranchero. Their more rock-oriented stuff features jangly guitars, mournful violin melodies, and soaring, bilingual female vocals over Cumbia-derived rhythms.
