You have to applaud RBD for their third studio album -- or perhaps you should applaud masterminds/producers Armando Avila and Carlos Lara, who've crafted one of the year's most flawless pop releases. From the opening strains of "Tal Vez Despues" through the electronica-brushed "Besame Sin Miedo" and the slightly unusual rocker "Tu Dulce Voz," Celestial is equal parts hooks and heart. Sure, it's highly orchestrated and polished to within an inch of its life, but what else would you expect?
