Tranquilizer (2006) marks the third release from the San Francisco four-piece, and finds them in swaggering cocksure form, all wide stances and power cords. There's still room for jangly tunes like "Hello Sun" and "Float Away," but the trippy neo-punk of "She Said What" speaks to the pressures of fatherhood and marital misunderstandings, implying that the only way to solve these age-old dilemmas in the rock world, is to book a tour.
