Biography

Champions of the indie circuit, Brooklyn's Talib Kweli and Cincinnati's DJ Hi-Tek, also known as Reflection Eternal, have been treating hungry heads to a slew of classic singles for several years now, leaving listeners fiending for their debut LP. With bubbling beats and expertly flipped samples backing Talib's always razor-sharp, thought-provoking rhymes, they've established themselves in the upper tier of hip hop's most influential and impressive groups. They've contributed tracks to Soundbombing 2, Lyricist Lounge, Unbound Project, and more. Their long-awaited full-length Train Of Thought dropped in the fall of 2000.
