There's no way to properly quantify the greatness of "Throw Some D's," but here's a quick inventory: the wistful beat; Rich shouting out "new money" in the intro; the Alabama's rapper's flow, which sounds like T.I. with lemon-puckered lips; the sudden synth squiggle that serves as the song's coda. Though nothing reaches that song's brilliance (aside from maybe Andre 3000's verse in the remix), the rest of album is hot. "Role Models" proves this country boy can rap, while "Touch That Ass" (ft. Snoop) and "What it Do" (ft. Lil Jon) demonstrate he can rock a club track.
