Biography

After his brother Sol retired from performing for health reasons, Richard Ho`opi`i considered withdrawing from the music world, but luckily for us the NEA Folk Heritage Fellowship award winner hasn't quite thrown in the towel yet. In 2003, he released a lovely album on which his wife sang soprano.
