Robben Ford

In terms of style, Robben Ford doesn't like to be pinned down to any particular genre. His crisp guitar playing remains the one constant, lending a high level of quality to anything he does. His impressive résumé boasts collaborations with legends such as George Harrison, Joni Mitchell, and Miles Davis. He also formed the chart-topping group the Yellowjackets (which he subsequently left) and his current group, the Blue Line. Ford has mastered both jazz and blues but has proven to be more enduring with the latter genre, playing with a pristine touch and a soulful, expertly phrased guitar style.
