The Atlanta native started out as the CEO of Rocky Road, his own artist development company, working with Sammy Sam and a pre-Grand Hustle Young Dro. He moved on to writing and producing for Lil' Flip, Pastor Troy and Dem Franchize Boyz before finally releasing his first single "Umma Do Me" independently in August of 2006.
