Roscoe

The younger brother of Dogg Pound co-founder Kurupt, Roscoe comes with a similar, bi-coastal gangsta vibe. He first appeared on the hit single "Girls All Pause," and paid dues through various soundtrack work (O, Bones, Training Day), before releasing his debut solo album Young Roscoe Philaphornia in 2003. Though not quite as lyrically gifted as Young Gotti, he's definitely got some skills. Unfortunately, his album failed to make much noise and he's been pretty quiet since then.
