Biography
Rupee has been a hero for years in his home of Barbados. In fact, his first American single, "Tempted To Touch" was a hit outside of the United States for two years before it was released stateside in 2004. Born in Germany, Rupee's mixture of soca (the popular Caribbean music style), ragga and pop has helped him find success.
