Rush's eighth live album, Snakes and Arrows Live, documents the trio's 2007 world tour. While they play the lion's share of Snakes and Arrows, they also heap on songs from throughout their career, opening with "Limelight," hitting on "Subdivisions" and devoting almost the entire second half to "Distant Early Warning," "Spirit of the Radio," "Tom Sawyer" and other major favorites. To their credit, Rush still perform as a trio, with no help from an army of session dudes crowding the stage, something that happens all too often with bands that have been around this long.
