There are better grindcore/death metal hybrids out there but one thing is for sure: Sanatorium's vocalist has the most bizarre style of any of them. Sounding at various times like a snorkeling pig, running water and a chirping bird, whatever/whomever it is they have providing vocals is worth the price of admission alone. Some highly offensive song titles don't hurt.
