The Woodstock Experience
Released: Jun 2009
Ask a roomful of Woodstock alumni which act rocked the hardest at the festival, and chances are three names will dominate: Hendrix, Sly and Santana. In addition to bringing an utterly unique sound to America's hairy youth, young Carlos and company rocked with a vengeance. The highlight is getting to hear 20-year-old drummer Michael Shrieve go off during the mythical "Soul Sacrifice," but the rest of the group's set was equally ecstatic. Crank this while dancing naked in a mud pit ASAP.
