See You Tonight
Released: Oct 2013
After 11 songs positioning McCreery as the deep-voiced, baby-faced heir to good ol' boy country stars like Trace Adkins and Chris Young, See You Tonight takes an unexpected turn, finishing with one song that would have fit better on Alan Jackson's Bluegrass Album and another that begins with the singer telling us how tired he is of truck, beer and summer songs. Either way, "Feelin' It" and the deceptively titled "Feel Good Summer Song," could have been radio hits in July or August but might get another shot come next June. Perhaps he should book that Nelly feature in advance.
