Biography

The daughter of late Texas Blues singer/guitarist Johnny "Clyde" Copeland seems to have inherited his musical gifts. She sings in a hard-edged, brassy voice that hints heavily at Gospel and R&B influences. On record she's backed up by some of the best blues players in New York, as well as blues great Joe Louis Walker.
