Slacktone

Playing covers of Surf hits and misses, it's hard to tell if Slacktone take their passion for Surf music seriously or not. The performances are near-stellar, but the material comes from obscure surf artists only hardcore Surf music aficionados and avid collectors would know. Twangy, tube-toned guitar leads race up and down fretboards against sparkling, electric, six-stringed chimes as a stuttering bass and drums keep time.
