As the title suggests, this is a collection of healing chants set to music. Sitars, rattles, flutes and synthesizers are bolstered by hand drums, as Sophia drapes ethereal, multi-tracked vocals over it all. Not quite as intensely meditative as more traditional spiritual music, this album also serves nicely as background sounds for a dinner party.
