Soulsavers

Soulsavers are an English production duo made up of Ian Glover and Rich Machin. Their sound hovers in the cinematic downtempo electronic area but veers off into contemporary takes on gospel, country and rock. Their 2003 debut album, Tough Guys Don't Dance, and remixes for Brit-rockers Starsailor and Doves led to their collaboration with seasoned alt-rock crooner Mark Lanegan (Screaming Trees, Queens Of the Stone Age) on their second album, It's Not How Far You Fall, It's the Way You Land, their most ambitious work to date and which also features Will Oldham and Doves singer Jimi Goodwin.
