Biography
Steps are a British quintet who came to light via well-placed advertisements in the wake of the success of the Spice Girls in 1997. Following a similar formula (except with a mixture of boys and girls), they embark on an unremittingly chipper journey where the beats keep pumping, the hooks are undeniable and the targets are pre-marketed.
