Supagroup

Supagroup play raw "rock 'n' roll" with an Indie-informed sense of self-consciousness. They don't let you forget that they play "rock 'n' roll," since they mention the phrase "rock 'n' roll" with an alarming frequency. True, it's part of the shtick, but they do their dirtied-guitar, raspy-voiced, AC/DC-inspired routine well enough that the shtick tends toward overkill.
