Take Teddybears' claim that "them drum machines ain't got no soul" with a grain of salt: These Swedish dance rockers would be nowhere without their circuit boards. Their sixth LP proffers precision-engineered electro-pop with panache, mixing overdriven beats (think Sleigh Bells) with infectious, '60s-inspired hooks (think Gnarls Barkley). Cameos from Eve, Cee Lo, Robyn, B.o.B. and The Flaming Lips lend star quality, but Teddybears hold down the spotlight just fine on their own. Do they do road trips in Sweden? Because this sucker was made for the open highway, windows down and voices ringing.
