A Puerto Rican artist who specializes in "reggaeton" (a hybrid of dancehall and hip-hop), Calderon is extremely popular in his native PR, and is starting to become known in the States as well. Flexing a rhyme style somewhat comparable to Beenie Man and Sean Paul (but in Spanish), Tego's tracks are energetic, catchy and fused with chanted choruses and strong beats.
