For their Rhapsody original, SoCal lite rockers Test Your Reflex ditch a few instruments, a few effects, but keep the earnestness of their sound intact. Single "Pieces of the Sun" swaps out distortion and brazen drums for a few tight harmonies, but it's the jaunty "Thinking of You" that stands out: whereas the original sounded like a Cure single, this version is more rootsy, less electrified. Either way, it's a fun song.
