The Cab, a punk/lite-rock quartet from Las Vegas, got their big break after Fueled By Ramen signed them on the recommendation of hometown labelmates Panic at the Disco. Their debut, Whisper War, has all the cloying emotion of Maroon 5 with the crinkly sheen of Angels & Airwaves. "Bounce" harnesses the angst-ridden experience of a jilted teen teetering on tears while staring in the mirror, while "That '70s Song" is pure swishy boy-band fodder that will undoubtedly be in rotation at a skate rink near you.
