The title of the Donnas' first post-Atlantic release could refer to a few things: their awesome new logo; the perfect Runaways/Loverboy homage that is the cover art of the album; or just an overall qualitative term placed on this band, four girls who have survived all kinds of mainstream popularity, major label meddling and subsequent flagging of record sales. Hitting on Van Halen, Bon Jovi and Creatures of the Night-era KISS, the Donnas continue to do whatever they damn well please, schooling themselves and their listeners in different eras of rock music on every release.
