by The Doors
Released: Sep 1967
Their sophomore effort was actually considered a letdown coming on the heels of the Doors superb debut, but time's been kind to this album. Future FM rock and AM oldies classics "People Are Strange" and "Love Me Two Times" (which only went to 25 in the charts!) join "When the Music's Over" (a bloated "The End" rewrite that kicks off with a perfect intro), "Horse Latitudes" and "Moonlight Drive" as fan favorites.
