The nu-New Wave band's lauded 2001 release got this remix treatment in 2003 with big names Paul Oakenfold and Photek, as well as others, taking their shots. The Faint's hybridization was extremely faithful to the dark dance mix of Suicide and Depeche Mode that all the cool kids were playing in the early '00s, but what set them apart from the pack was a set of decidedly strong songs and an ultra hip image. These remixes only serve to make the songs even hipper, if you can handle that.
