These Boston Punk legends started their long career with the classic screeching, scorching Punk song, "I Hate Tourists." After that single, they quickly moved to what became the more traditional Boston Hardcore sound (loud and fast rules!), setting the pace in an appearance on the legendary This Is Boston, Not L.A. compilation. The Freeze's scorching, chugging, hoarse guitars captured the spirit of rough and tumble Boston better than any other Hardcore band at the time. They're still at it, kicking out spirited Punk. They've toned it down (just a little) and are hitting Punk-Pop right between the eyes with a square-fisted Beantown punch.
