About The Frontline

A two-man crew hailing from the Bay Area (Richmond, California, to be exact), the Frontline is comprised of Left and Locksmith, whose street-seasoned rhymes are backed by the deft production of longtime beatmakers E-A-Ski and CMT. They are key players in the so-called "New Bay" revolution, a loose-knit coalition of local artists that also includes the Federation and Balance. Frontline released their debut full-length Now U Know in the Summer of 2005, hoping to bring national attention back to the Bay.
