The Good Girls
BiographyThe last Teen Beat revolution happened in the late 1980s -- the only difference being that Britney Spears and Backstreet Boys were called Debbie Gibson and New Kids on the Block in their original form. It was the perfect time for the Good Girls, an aptly named Motown trio representing everything rosy-cheeked and wholesome. They never became the new Supremes, as the label had hoped, but they did score a minor hit with a hip-hopped cover of "Love Is Like An Itchin' In My Heart" before disappearing with all the other mall rats.
