Like the superior Snap!, this is an above-average two-disc retrospective of the Jam's studio output. But instead of negating the earlier set, Gold actually complements it by choosing different Jam songs, mixes and cover versions -- as well as having many of the same key numbers, such as "Going Underground." Here, you get the studio version of "Smither Jones" back, acoustic demos of "That's Entertainment" and "Burning Sky," and a dance-y new-wave mix of "Tales from the Riverbank."
