About The Kin

Quite literally kin -- Australian brothers Isaac and Thorry Koren moved to New York City ato pursue a career in music in 2001. A couple years later they picked up a rhythm section and started to record, first yielding the 2004 debut Tracing and then a series of live and studio efforts that included Red and Black (2005) and a 2006 live album. Their big commercial push came with Rise And Fall, which was released in 2007 and saw a modicum of AAA airplay.
