Former member of Neutral Milk Hotel goes solo, singing in a pinched whine over eclectic instruments including French horn, bowed saw, accordion, theremin and hand claps, all recorded on vintage gear. Fuzzy and near-psychedelic, working as one of the odder arms of the Elephant Six collective.
