This is the kind of music featured on a Nickelodeon kid's program? We're flabbergasted. We're astounded. And, let's face it, we're big fans. The Wolff brothers sing like Vienna Boys' Choir escapees, their voices (particularly older brother Nat's) as cool and clear as a mountain stream. That alone would make us prick up our ears, but the precocious, heartfelt songwriting puts this (quite surprisingly) on a par with the best of post-Beatles jangle-pop. Whether it's geared for pre-teens or not, this is some of the loveliest pop released this year.
