San Francisco children's music favorites the Sippy Cups are about two steps away from making a great adult album. From the hipster album cover to the double entendre song titles, the Cups appeal to parents as much as kids, taking their inspiration from dreamy jangle-pop brushed with psychedelic influences and disguising it as children's music. Still, the sweetness is no sham: "Move Your Pants" or the goofy interlude of "Meet Major Minor" certainly rock out with a kid's best interests in mind.
