The SoftLightes are an electronic-leaning indie-pop foursome from L.A. led by singer Ron Fountenberry. Though the title may imply doomsday clocks ticking and locusts swarming to herald Armageddon, "Last Christmas on Earth" is actually a seize-the-day song about appreciating every day like it's your last. Its tender, orchestral strings will make you feel the yuletide cheer all the way from Silverlake and, like Fountenberry says, "dance because it's Christmas."
