TOCA doesn't sound like anyone else. Or, rather, they sound like everyone, and everything, at the same time. And we mean that almost literally. Their debut album skips from genre to genre (vocal jazz, synth rock, alt-dance, Spanish-language hip-hop, orchestral indie pop) faster than a compulsive crowd-pleaser with multiple personality disorder and an MP3 player. Don't like a track? Wait twenty seconds and it'll sound like something entirely different. Our only complaint is that they didn't manage to work in any Indonesian death metal or Gregorian chant. Slackers.
