Tracy Byrd's sophomore effort was his breakthrough album, and it's easy to hear why: Sounding confident yet un-jaded in his Texas twang, Byrd romps through uptempo hits such as "Lifestyles of the Not So Rich and Famous," the classic drinking song "Watermelon Crawl," and "The First Step," all of which were Top 5 country singles. Coupled with Byrd's tear-jerker "Keeper of the Stars" -- which became one of the most popular first-dance wedding songs of the '90s -- No Ordinary Man gave Byrd his first taste of multi-platinum succes.
