Trey Songz takes his job very seriously. Not only does the crooner's fourth album title check off contemporary R&B's emotional touchstones, but the entire album directly addresses the genre's prominent themes. "Love Faces," for instance, is about exactly what it sounds like; and as for panty-droppers, Songz just straight-up asks his lady to take 'em off. In a lesser artist's hands, such explicitness might seem a bit too on the nose. But Songz is charming and charismatic, whether he's balling with Nicki Minaj in tow or begging in a pretty falsetto ("Please Return My Call").
